Missions
Hampton First Baptist Missions exists to impact our community and
our world by making CHRIST known.
At Hampton First Baptist, we believe every follower of Jesus Christ has been commanded to be on mission. To be obedient to this command, the On-Mission Team of HFBC works hard to provide many different opportunitites for members of all ages to reach our community and the world.
Whether you would like to travel to Poland to restore a cemetery, Romania to share Christ in a gypsy village, Moldova to work with members of our own church - Mike & Myra Vandecar, minister to inmates in a local prison, or help repair the house of a widow in need, we have a place for YOU! We also have opportunities to be missionaries in our own back yard - twice a year at Atlanta Motor Speedway with Raceway Ministries, and at our new F.A.I.T.H. Riders Motorcycle Ministry.
Our vision for missions follows the very words of Jesus in Acts 1:8. We are involved in missions across our community, state, nation and world. In order to fulfill God's Command to be on mission, we need people that are willing to use their God given gifts and abilities to reach the lost with the love of Christ.
